How do I add a payee in Bill Pay?

In Online Banking: Choose “I want to…” then “Pay with Picture” (download a picture of the bill), or click on Add Payee, and search for the company you are trying to pay, or enter their info manually. Enter your account number for that company, give them a nickname, and choose what FNCU account you want to pay them from. Click Create Payee.

In the Mobile app: Choose “I want to…” then “Pay with Picture” (to take a picture of the bill), or click on the + sign, then Add Payee. Search for the company you are trying to pay, or enter their info manually. Enter your account number for that company, give them a nickname, and choose what FNCU account you want to pay them from. Click Create Payee.

Please note: there is a 48-hour waiting period prior to scheduling your first bill pay item.
