I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the Online Banking LOGIN button on the FNCU website home page, then enter your User ID. Click the Login button again and choose Forgot Password. On the next screen, enter your User ID again and click Update.

For security purposes, it will ask a security question and your email address. Enter that information, and click update. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
