How do I change my password?
If you are already signed into Online Banking or the mobile app, and want to change or update your password:
In Online Banking, click on “Profile Setting & eServices” (in the same area you log out) and select “Change Password.”
In the Mobile app, click on the menu (3 lines), then “Profile & Settings” and select “Change Password.”
If you need to change your password because you forgot it or got locked out, please call FNCU during business hours at (402) 492-9100, and a staff member will help you reset your password and get the account unlocked.
