Can I cancel or edit a Bill Pay payment?

Yes. Once you are logged in to Online Banking or our Mobile app, click on “Bill Pay” and then select “Pay Bills.” You should see all created Payees in the “Pay Bills.” If the payment has already been scheduled, it will appear in the top right corner of the screen. From this area, you can edit, delete, or view and print payment details. If you need to cancel a payment, ensure it has not already been sent out by verifying in the “Recent Payments” box on the right of the screen to ensure the changes are made as you would like them to be.
