How do I withdraw money from my account? I do not have a debit card or checks.

There are several options:

  1. At our ITMs (Elkhorn, 120th & I, and both Lincoln branches), you can select “Teller Assistance” between 8 am – 6 pm. This will connect you to an ITM teller who can do a withdraw for you and disperse the cash from the machine.
  2. You can stop into any of our branches and have a teller help you.
  3. If you use our Online Banking or mobile app, click on “Transfers” then choose “Transfer to>Mail me a check” and one will be mailed to you.
  4. If none of these work for you, give us a call at (402) 492-9100, and we will assist you. If you only have a savings account, we can issue an ATM card that can be used at any ATM location to withdrawal cash from your account when there are no branches open.
