I finished paying off my loan, now what happens?
Congratulations! FNCU will mail a payoff letter to your address on file. If a vehicle is paid off, FNCU will send a lien release to the DMV. If a mortgage, home equity or HELOC is paid off, FNCU will proceed from releasing the lien from your deed.
