How do I update my email, phone number, or other information?

If you recently updated your information, please reach out to the credit union so we can keep in touch. We will verify you over the phone using information about the account or using your photo ID in person. Throughout the time you have your accounts with us, you may find some of our branch staff reaching out to verify important contact information we have for our members to be able to inform them of important changes and communications from FNCU. This also prevents people from changing information on your account in the event any of your account information was compromised without your knowledge.
