How do I update my email, phone number, or other information?

If you recently updated ANY of your contact information, please reach out to the credit union so we can update our records. We will verify you over the phone using information about the account or using your photo ID in person.

Throughout the time you have your accounts with us, FNCU staff may reach out to verify your contact information to enable us to keep you informed of important changes and communications from FNCU. This also prevents anyone from changing information on your account in the event your account information was compromised without your knowledge.
