How do I add or change my account nicknames?

Note:

  • You can only change the names of accounts where you are the primary account holder. (i.e., You will not be able to change your children’s accounts).
  • You cannot change the account nickname in the Mobile app.

Once you get logged into your Online Banking account, choose “Profile Setting & eServices” and select “Change Account Description.” Select which account you would like to edit, change the name to whatever you would like, and submit. We recommend listing them with specific names so you can easily tell the difference between your checking, savings, and other accounts with us.
