Outstanding Achievement Award for CU4Kids Fundraising
FNCU received the Outstanding Achievement Award, for our efforts in raising funds for Credit Unions For Kids (CU4Kids), where funds go to Children’s hospitals across the nation. FNCU supported CU4Kids throughout 2025, and proceeds went to Children’s Nebraska (hospital in Omaha).
The Outstanding Achievement Award is presented each year to one credit union based on their fundraising success, awareness efforts and their level of participation in NCUL and other credit union events. This award comes with a framed and matted original piece of artwork created by a Nebraska CMN child, who has utilized Children’s Nebraska for treatment.
Our art piece was drawn by Haedyn, age 8, who also spoke at the event. We had the opportunity to take a photo with Haedyn and his family, which made the experience even more meaningful.
We were so honored to receive this award! The award was presented at the Nebraska Credit Union League (NCUL) Annual Meeting and Convention in June.

Crime Stoppers Lunch
- We proudly supported the Omaha Crime Stoppers and took part in their 35th annual Officer of the Year award luncheon in April.
Elkhorn Days Parade
We helped sponsor Elkhorn Days in May, and enjoyed participating in the Parade on Saturday!

North Star Boosters Golf Tourney
We helped support North Star Booster Club in their charity golf tournament on Juneteenth in Lincoln.
Our team was thrilled to earn 2nd place in the tourney, as well as win some contests!
