You can make a payment to your FNCU loan from either your FNCU account or from another financial institution.

Use our Online Banking or the FNCU Mobile app and click on Transfer.

Use our “Make a Payment” option to pay your loan from another financial institution, such as a bank or credit union:
Express Payment (best if you plan to only use this feature once or twice a year)
- Use to make a one-time payment for a $12 fee
- Quickly make a payment without registering
- Your payment information will not be stored
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Recurring Payment (best if you plan to use this feature more than 2 or 3 times a year, and if you want to avoid a payment fee)
- Set up scheduled payments online at no cost
- Register with your email address and password
- Ability to save your payment sources
- Allows you to view your transaction history
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Please note: The “Make a Payment” service is not able to make payments to your Visa Credit Card.
- Call (402) 492-9100 Option 3, or (800) 882-0244 Option 3, during business hours. Our staff can help you make that payment for a $15 fee.
- Stop by one of our branch locations and visit our Lobby. You may also use the Drive-thru at Bedford or 48th St. branches
- Use one of our ITMs (during business hours). Touch the screen and choose “Teller Assistance”
- Insert your payment into our Night Drop, located in our Branch Drive-thrus
- Mail your payment to FNCU, 10655 Bedford Ave, Omaha, NE 68134
