Refunds and Returns

Each order is a custom order. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size/color/quantity. Custom orders can be returned/exchanged for reasons such as: you received a different color or size than you ordered, the product is torn or misprinted/damaged/defective when received.

If you notice a problem with the product or the order, please contact marketing@firstnebraska.org.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping returns

To start your return, please contact marketing@firstnebraska.org.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check the statement of the payment source used to make your purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact FNCU at marketing@firstnebraska.org.

Wrong Address on your order – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
