I want a stop payment on a payment. How do I do that?
If you want to place a stop payment on your account for a specific transaction that used the account number and routing number, please give us a call at (402) 492-9100 and someone will be able to assist you with that process for a one-time fee. You may also log into our mobile/online banking and click on “Stop Payment” to request it.
NOTE: If the payment is being made via a debit card number, a stop payment cannot be placed, and you will need to reach out to the merchant about the charge on the account.
