How do I become a member?

You can fill out an application on our website, (click on Membership tab, then the red “Become a Member” button). The first question (after you enter your name, etc.) is how you are eligible, such as 1) working for a one of our eligible Select Employee Groups (companies), 2) if you live, work, worship or go to school in one of our 8 eligible counties, 3) if you work in education or healthcare, 4) are a student, 5) if a member of your family belongs to FNCU or is eligible, 6) if you are Methodist or Lutheran. You may also give us a call or stop into a branch to open an account.
