How can I open a Youth Account?

We offer Savings accounts for ages 0-17, and Checking accounts for ages 13-24.  Stop by a branch, or give us a call if you would like to open a Youth account. The child does not have to be present, however, you will need to provide a form of government ID for the minor, such as a birth certificate or a social security card. (If you do not bring in the social security card, you will still need to provide that number for account opening.)

Joint membership with a parent or guardian is required, for ages 17 and under. The adult joint owner must bring a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

There is a $5 minimum balance on a Youth Savings Account.

NOTE: You will not be able to use our online application to apply for a child’s account.
