You can make a payment to your FNCU loan from either your FNCU account or from another financial institution.

Online Banking

The easiest way is to use Online Banking or Mobile app and Transfer it. If you don’t have Online/Mobile Banking, you may visit a branch or give us a call, or visit an ITM. (or if you’d like to enroll in Online/Mobile Banking now, here’s how.)

Express Payment (best if you plan to only use this feature once or twice a year)

  • Use to make a one-time payment for a $12 fee 
  • Quickly make a payment without registering
  • Your payment information will not be stored
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Recurring Payment (best if you plan to use this feature more than 2 or 3 times a year, and if you want to avoid a payment fee)

  • Set up scheduled payments online at no cost
  • Register with your email address and password
  • Ability to save your payment sources
  • Allows you to view your transaction history
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Please note: The “Make a Payment” service is not able to make payments to your Visa Credit Card. To do that, please either: 1) call the number on the back of your card (1.844.223.1749), or 2) log into Online Banking and click MORE>Credit Card.
