I want a stop payment on a payment. How do I do that?

  1. If you are wanting to place a stop payment on your account for a specific transaction that utilized the account number and routing number, please give us a call at 402-492-9100 and someone will be able to assist you with that process for a one-time fee. If calling in is not convenient for you, there is a section on our mobile/online banking titled “STOP PAYMENT” where you can request a stop payment from your desktop or phone! If the payment is being made via a debit card number, a stop payment cannot be placed, and you will need to reach out to the merchant about the charge on the account.
